Level Three Private Dining
Our three adjoining private dining rooms, The Collins, Exhibition and Flinders, can accomodate up to 40 seated guests. The sumptuous gold interiors and spectacular floor to ceiling windows overlooking Exhibition Street are the perfect backdrop to all manner of celebrations and occasions.
Each private room has its own entrance and dedicated service from our knowledgeable function team. We can also take care of your AV needs and other special requirements.
Our chef's selection banquet menus and set menus can be tailored to suit your needs, and dietary requirements can be catered for.
